That sounds fantastic - you're getting all of that out of FL Studio?

I started playing with Fruity Loops in 2003 so 4 years.

Before that there were programs like Mixman, Ejay & Rock, Rap & Roll. Before that, Windows Sound Recorder!

The only thing that could probably motivate me to switch to something like Cubase would be if it ran faster, say on a Core 2 Duo (when I get one!).

Nice track here by the way Illusive - I think I missed this one at the time it was uploaded. You've managed to tie in the breakdown/vocal section well with the previous dance beat. And then the buildup back into it works too.

I haven't listened to much trance really, but have recently got into 1200micrograms stuff. Not all of their tracks, some I find too abrasive, but theres quite a few which I've listened to over and over. Some of them are classics of course, like their "remix" of Dire Straits "Money for Nothing".... "Acid for nothing" ;) Worth a listen if you've not heard it before.

I hadn't heard that particular remix. Pretty cool. Sounds like Psytrance. I love good psytrance, I'll have to take some mushrooms and produce some one day. lol

Yeah psytrance, 1200mics have many "psy" areas of inspiration ;)

Some of their tracks almost remind me of shpongle, but faster :)
