Nice melody and chord progressions - the song moves along nicely!

Cool man. I love the drum beat on this. Good job soul. I think the reverb could have been toned down a bit. Other than that, it was great. I've allways wanted to the song from bones. That song gets stuck in my head for weeks after I hear it.

Right on GrandScam! I couldn't tone down the reverb if I wanted to because it was built into the techno piano vsti It and the delay effect on those keys were a contained package. Although..... You know what let me get back to you on that.

Right on Abeyant! I am glad you liked the drums. That was something I thought of as solid, but getting other people's opinions count for alot because of the fresh ear. A producer is almost not fit to even judge his own track because the mind can become amuck after hearing it for the umpteenth time while making it!:0) Thanks for checking the track out L3k, it was probably the 2nd piano that comes into the picture. I think it comes across like this because the tweaked brighter piano with the reverb is so much stronger throughout the track. My opinion of course and then even that it can be led to interpretation.lol
I did master it 'bright' basically after it was finished for that polishing manuever M4j0rbumm3r, however I did listen for the distortion effect but cannot find the location. Could you be more specific in the portion(s) you are referring to(what time position)? I am glad you enjoyed it brotherman!!

See the whole point judging thing in this contest I hate. Teddy you gave me a 5 two times. I can only ascertain that you don't like the instruments that I like obviously. I don't know man, being tough is one thing but having one certain key aspect regulate the entire rating man.... I mean do I go in and give you the scores that I am wanting to which is much higher then 5 or do I go in with the same rationality and find that one glitch in the matrix to match in the judging level? Do I judge based on judging or do I do it for spite? There was lots of good things about this track. It makes me want to stop doing hiphop altogether. I mean if this is as far as I have gotten, why not hang up this genre? I wasn't gonna rant but then I decided to blog the shit on my own track shit.

I'm not hating, forget my rate. It's just, when I first rated this, it was during my vacation, and I listened to a lot of hip hop on my i Pod cause I got bored. I wanted to listen to different songs, like people on make tunes. When I heard your track, back in the vacation, I was like, this is really good. Because it was something new to listen to instead to all the songs i got on my i Pod. It was a pain in the ass that I couldn't update new music to my i Pod. So I rate this a 8.
