I still need to edit and master it a lil bit then I will put that copy on here but I needed to see what people think before I go about spending a bunch of time mastering a track people dislike lol. I love the track by itself DJBIZZERK, but I feel the mellowness of the track doesn't mix well with the Public Enemy image. Just my personal opinion. Still nice work.
yea definitely not bad, but wolf messed me up with the image so i agree with him on that!!
it almost sounds like cypress hill to me, but good track!

Ya I know it sounds like a different image but I don't want it to be the same as every public enemy song I wanted to change it up a bit but thanks for the feedback guys. I still have a lil work to do to it so I will let you know when I do it and I will use your feedback as a lil pointer to where I wanna go next. The only thing you should do is put the volume level up!
Ya I know the volumes are not right because I made it on headphones lol. I hooked it to the system and fixed it though. I know its not really public enemy but I was going for that mellow gangsta shit. Thanks for the feedback bro and I will come and check you out to homie.

I gotta agree with the guys. These vox need a hard hittin' synth and a heavy hard ass beat to it! Something that descends melody wise would work great for the vox. It still sounded great bro. It's just that with the mellow type approach you are using, it is missing the energy that the vox is out to convey. Thanks for the download bro!

its the drums that's giving it that mellow feel. If you kicked some old school circa 1988 drums... some hard hitters. It would set the track. The melody is sweet it gives the track a dark vibe which is like another look at the message in the song and the overall message public enemy was throwing out there back then. I like it a lot as is as well. very cool track. Love new takes on songs. Actually this track IS harder than you think... sorry bad pun, couldn't resist.

Hell yeah thanks bro. I know I was thinkin about the drums the other day and I am going to change them up a lil. I just used some samples that came with the drum machine I was using but I will throw a different beat in there and see how it turns out homie. Thanks again for the support man and I will come and check you out when I get a good connection. Right now I am living in the sticks living with dial up lol.
