again that is a wicked tune your production is tight everything sounds real nice and crisp im interested to know what software or hardware you use to make your tunes
Thanks X-act - I've mainly used a variety of software over the years, from old school trackers way back in the day, to Reason, and Acid Pro (which kind of fits in nicely with my old tracking skills).
Both Falling and Haunted were created almost entirely with Acid Pro I believe, using I few loops I'd created, but mainly painstakingly pieced together out of individual hits and samples. Labour of love! I may have used a midi VST (software) instrument of some sort in there too.
I've since moved more towards creating a library of all sorts of loops with Reason, and combining them with VST instruments played via my Edirol midi controller. (Which of course are completely unlimited in their potential)
I'm also wanting to get into using Reaktor, which is my latest big studio addition. It's the most amazingly powerful softsynth system I've ever seen. Even a lot of the presets sound wicked - but the real power comes from either customizing them, or even "building" your own softsynths from scrath! (If you have a degree in astrophysics!! Complicated business)
Matt this is a Classic Tune! reminds me of another Classic 'The Exorcist' one of my favourite all-time horror movies.

I still love listening to it when I haven't heard it in a while - remember dancing to this track at an outdoor rave back in the day - wicked fun!

Great Job Matt! Taking a little rave time. The one guy in the background sounds like he is getting punched. I liked the cold sounding instruments as well. There is coldness creeping from the song.
Yeah I've only got a handful of tracks online, I'm so ADD-like in my musical creation, that I often end up with lots of little odds and ends, but not many full tracks!
Oh I should also mention that you can always easily see ALL of someones tracks on MakeTunes, by going to their profile, and clicking the listen to the most recent audio files added link.
I know ... I did that and saw only the four songs and I was shocked.... but really. Maintaining this website would take a WHOLE lotta time and leave not much room for anything else too. Also you don't have that ninja-like organization remember? YOu said you wish you had that. :0)

many i like this too, dont know if im own my own with this thought but it has a slight egyptian feel to it.i like it alot its well mellow..

Its funny how 100 people could listen to any given track, and probably all "hear" it differently.
Nice sounding drums and well created loops. It seems to me that the kicks are trying go full speed ahead but the horn-like melody is pulling in another direction. Not that it's a bad thing, but those kicks make me feel more aggressive.

Ha, gotta love the range of different impressions people have of my tracks ;) It's been too long since I've been to a crankin dance party in the woods! Nothing like lasers through the misty trees... they bring out the flashbacks in everyone ;)

Drum'n'bass is not really my cup of tea. On the other hand this massive tune is makes me wanna dance. Cool stuff for parties! Great job man!

Thanks almighty. Making dark dnb tracks with a range of sounds, that perhaps you wouldn't always expect to find in that genre, has always interested me. A lot of fun, and very satisfying to get people dancing to it :)
