A good sight to download rex files.

Reason doesn't come with Recycle but there is a site called REASONSTATION.com where you can get all the REX files you can stand.

Second .wav will not play in DR REX , hence the reason for RECYCLE. But you can load .wav files into the samplers.....NN-XT or NN19. push a key on your midi controller and bam, your sample plays. really only good for oneshot samples. these samplers will not play your sample in tempo........this is the real reason behind RECYCLE because the DR REX loop player will.

Yeah the sample chop is KEY to getting that sound or tempo you might be looking for. I know RECYCLE sounds expensive @ around $150 but for electro artist who sample vocals or remix, this IS A STEAL. trust me this is my favorite program.
