hey I hope I am not too late, but I use the axiom 61. The keboard action is very good, the whole thing feels fairly solid (well its not a metal box, but you can pick it up and carry it arround without having that "did that plate just bend out really far?" feeling. Both the rotary knobs and the sliders are usefull, although the also don't feel like they are out of metal (well just don't be a joker and smack em up n down in a live show, you can "express" yourself even while you show some respect to your gear).

If keyboard action is not so important, maybe check out some of the novation stuff because they got more controlers.

The pads on the axiom are pretty in the corner and useless I have to say. feel very flat and unresposive. Could have put 8 more knobs there instead.
