No afraid not. What are you wanting to record? You could always use a free piece of audio editing software like audacity.

If you're only wanting to record audio online however, perhaps http://www.splicemusic.com/ might suit? They have an online audio sequencer, and recorder. You can then output your resulting song as a mixed audio file.
