I'm not certain of the wording in Cubase, but the general concept is this: create your song using midi tracks which are configured to play various softsynths or samplers or whatever - all your various midi controlled instruments.
Then once its ready, there will be something in the File menu in Cubase, like "Export Song As" or "Render Song" or maybe even "Save Audio As", or something. Thats where you'll be able to save the whole song out as a large WAV audio file - which you can do what you want with.
Two ways I have done this
1 connect the output sound of your midi player (keyboard/sound module) back into cubase and record it into an audio track
2 Use a VST instrument as your sound for the midi and hit the freeze button on the VST instrument (found on the small screen that tells you what VST instruments are connected) Then go to where that particular composition is stored on your computer and find the wav file that was created when you froze the track( its in the folder named freeze) copy that wav file into the project and there you have it.
Hope this has been helpful
