Cool, I checked out most of the posted tracks here and you guys are putting out nice sounding stuff. I'll be checking out your showcase next sole. I thought I'd save yours for last for some reason.
I've got a few new tracks posted on myspace right now, let me know what you think. I'm not into traditional "techno" music like house or trance or any of that stuff. I make sort of downtempo hip hop-ish stuff I suppose. These new tracks are way rough and not exactly exemplary of my style in general so I'll be posting up my "masterpieces" here as soon as I figure out how.
Let me know what you think please. I actually have a thread up for this so you could leave the comments here or there.

I recorded the vox 4 months ago. I have other vox I created beforehand as well. There is a cool audio sample where I mess up the lyrics of NUMA NUMA. Why you F#cK HE? Why you fockoo? WHy you focka? Why you FoCK ca ha!
This is a formal warning. Has a lot to go yet but is a spin off. Lyrics are fun to spank in the sun. I just figured I had to come get some.

Also if I can I will go over my old old keyboard stuff and grab the vox and redo a lot of those songs. This will allow me to keep getting my voice out there even though I don't have a mic. My friend is gonna come over today and bring his mic. I am gonna make a rap beat for him. I might try to borrow the mic for a duration today(if the damn thing works) and get some SOLE vox samples) and just concentrate on instrumentals until I can afford a mic which will be in about a year (hopefully less)

It was the stupid stupid stupid adapter that my mic end connector plugged into so I could plug my mic directly into my computer(which is the way I have always had my setup). $4.00 for a replacement adapter and the issue is resolved! Can you believe that shit????? Hell yeah man! You guys stay tuned...just stay tuned. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most people would use mixers etc, but I only do the logically cheap way out.
I am getting pretty sick and tired of not being able to sing though. God gave me a voice and I cannot use it to the pleasures of others except my kids. Except what I have already done of course. It's really depressing. :0(

Thanks guys. Let me explain my setup. WEll, I was using a mic where the end of the cable was like the end that plugs into the back of the mic. I had to get a adapter to plug into the cord. The result was a standard mic end plug... which of course is waaay too big to fit into a computer audio input mic port. So I had purchased an adapter that went from 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch and this is the mono to stereo adapter which I recently purchased but didn't do the trick. My crap still wasn't working. So the issue was either the mic itself or the adapter that plugged into my mic cable. UPDATE gents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a mic for $29.99 at Wlamart. This one had a line that automatically ended with the 1/4 inch plug, and I plugged it into my mono to stereo adapter and wala. I am back in business. Furthermore... it was just the adapter that plugged into the end of the mic cord that was the issue. SO no I have two mics that work. Hell yeah baby! I am now REALLY back in business.

PS... You are right itnocab. But that would be more money. I already have to figure out how I am going to manage the 30 dollar escapade though. Maybe later I can really buy equipment. The mic to the computer is how I have always done it though and it works for me. Simple and sweet. I am a happy camper now.

I got two more from me to you all, everyone one from around the world who comes to maketunes and takes a jot over to the feedback forum. They are listed in the order they were finished. America the Beautiful is my first track back with me singing, since losing the mic ability for months.
