Do you want feedback? Then you have come to the right place! With the ever popular forum comes the 11TH installment version. P!tbull, Ed, Wolf21, and GIECHI DAN PRODUCTIONS have signed on as my assistants. Feedback is hard to come by on the internet. This forum is for just that purpose. This forum is a way to bring into spotlight your song from another additional front on maketunes. We are a close community and the top highest users are there because it isn't just about gimme gimme gimme. If you get listened to, then by all means check out the artists who commented on your tracks. In this way the concept of give and take, instead of gimme gimme gimme, take effect. Do not post your user link which links up to hundreds of songs to hear. I myself cannot keep listening to every single song as this forum keeps growing and getting larger. I am relying on everyone to help me out and to keep the feedback movement an active one. We listen to other music and provide feedback which inspires you to come out with that next song or to master the song you thought didn't need it. We offer critique if you want, or kind words meant to inspire you toward more creativity. There are different kinds of comment requests. The list goes as follows:

Got two new ones that I just slapped together today.

This first one is not really finished yet and I'm kinda at loss with it. It's a remix of Genesis' "Tonight Tonight Tonight" and it sounds so much better in my head then I could make it.

Yo, esp Sole.
I have been checking out this internet music hosting thing for a year or so & have recently found mt, and have followed your lead to http://www.ourstage.com/fanclub/thesole. The question, why are we stressing so about BEING DISCOVERED? There are artists with tens of thousands of hits and plays hidden away in the hosting sites. Now for the suggestion that may appear naive in the face of things. - select 20 or so produced and mastered songs from among the mt members, and cut and distribute a CD, obviously contributors are going to have to cover the costs either through CDbaby or someother source. But at least something is being done, nothing for nothing.

DJ KGB? I mostly use re-fx nexus which will actually work with FL and REason both or separately...all day long. There are alot of generators... then I alaso tweak those sounds with vsts and vstis and soundfont's/vocal recordings through Adobe A 3... I have other generators. Look for fm8, fm7, poizone or nexus is what I would say. ANyone care to add their thought on the subject? This is about feedback now. I would LOVE someone to throw in a couple of names for me to check out

Yeah man Plus there are a lot of freeware VST/VSTi out there on the net I would recommend vstplanet.com!
And like Sole said once you get a good generator there are so many options to tweak the sound within the program or add other vst effects to get the sound your looking for!

This one is a really odd duck....I get these files from a friend of mine in Austin....I don't know what planet beams him his ideas but, when I find out, I am on the first rocket outta here! The band project is called Mellorine. Brian (my friend) basically sends me Reason files that I dump into Ableton and start mangling and adding tracks to....I'll post more Mellorine songs eventually....there are some others floating around on my hard drive. His intial 5 tracks turned into 18 when I was done....I don't want to play up my role here too much...I just add a little window dressing. Enjoy!
