This is a "kit" of samples.... individual audio files, kickdrum, snare, hihat etc... you can then load those samples into whatever program or drum machine you use, and make some drum tracks with it. People often trade kits and build up their sample libraries so they have lots of sweet drum kits to choose from when starting a new tune.
