HOW DO I SAMPLE AND SCRATH USING MDP24 AND EDIROL PCR-1 WITH FRUITY LOOPS

I am using an mpd24 and edirol pcr-1 midi keyboard to make beats please is there anyone who knows how to sample and scratch using this equipment in fruity loops to make hip hop beats please help.By the way thanks to matt about the advice you gave me earlier on it did really made a difference.
