The way that I do it is by using Propellerhead's Recycle programme. Using this software you can convert your wav files into rex2 files and load them into one of the built in samplers in Reason.
If there's an easier way then I would like to know too :)
Coolboy in the mix.
Of course if you just want to trigger a bunch of short WAV samples, you can always load them individually into Redrums sample slots...
Yeah this is working matt!!And also if you guys know some page where I can download midi samples I would like to know it??
Good shout Matt! I must start using Redrum to trigger vocals, it sounds like a very handy sample trigger device. I've always triggered any vocal samples with my midi keyboard then if needed I quantise the recorded track. Thanks for the info bro.
Coolboy in the mix.
Good stuff Filip. And no worries coolboy.
Haven't dealt with midi samples - are you meaning full song midi tracks for remixing? I just record my own midi tracks playing VSTs personally.
I mean remixing you know, just the melody from a song and then I can make it sounds different??I found something but there are not much tracks, so if you know something please tell me
Ok gotcha - maybe you could try one of the midi file search engines? I've never used them myself, but you should be able to find plenty of useful midi data here?

Thank you very much Matt this is what I've needed!
HOW DO YOU TURN REX TO WAV MR.COOL
Was you asking me EUGOD? Anyway I would think it's possible to load up rex files into Reason then export them as wav. That should do the trick. If you haven't got Reason than you should be able to do the same thing with a programme from the same company, it's called Recycle. I hope that helps.
Coolboy in the mix.
Still you can use the rex files (or rx2) like a wav sample into reason.
try selecting a drum loop, click the plus sign. and you got all the samples from the loop cutted :)
if you wanna use more melodic sounds or want more possibility to adjust the sound, i'd say nn-xt.

hey bariga I know that now, the guys already told me some things but thank you anyway...check out some of my tracks
"...my way is the HARD way..."
Roland Fantom X6, Yamaha Motif 6, Reason 4.0, Cakewalk Sonar 7.1, Musiclab Real Guitar, Tons of Sounds and Samples
all you have to do is open up the nn-xt and there is a small arrow in the bottom left corner, click that and the nnxt will expand. at the top of the part that is now expanded there is a second folder and it has load sample next to it and when you click on this folder it will allow you to load wav files into the nnxt. you can also load as many as you want and assign them to any key on you keyboard.

I really suggest that you get the Recycle program. Sampling with Recycle is a peace of cake and the result is absolutely perfect! For me, Reason and Recycle can't be seperated from eachother. They are so powerful together.
I Know That's Right Atomix! I'm In The Process Of Upgrading To Reason 3 But I'm Barely Making It Without My Recycle.. Oh How I Miss The Days Before My Last Computer Crash..
Hello people reason imports wavs in the NNXT sampler bottom window editor wav folder and the wav can be as long as you want unlike other samplers
