REALLY NEED HELP.... MPD24

I just got my MPD24 yesterday. I was fooling around with stuff trying to get sound out it with BFD Lite. I didnt work so i downloaded FL Studios 7 Demo. a lil while later a different screen came up on my MPD that shows everything u can do, but when u try 2 click something it doesn't work. Its locked or frozen or needs 2 be restarted but i have no idea how 2 do that
PLZ HELP ME

have you specified your midi controller in preferences...

i'd say unplug it and plug it back in.
if that doesn't work you can try to upload the default setup through uniquest.
you can download the factory preset at www.akaipro.com click at support mpd24 and voila.

let me know how it went...
& good luck

did you check if you've got your FL midi configured correctly?

Yup double check that you've got the right USB Device selected under midi settings, and the "Enabled" box ticked...

Heres the image from flstudio help site - not sure if this is FL6 or FL7? But you get the idea anyway
