want to put a audio tag in my mp3s

maybe i'm saying the wrong thing. What I'm trying to do is put a line in my beats so that they can't be used unless I remove the sound marking to sell it.

I havent heard of a code or a tag to do that with music, and I have been looking for awhile.

The only way I know of is to record your message on a demo versions (using Cool Edit or Audacity)and sell your unmarked ones.

There are codes to add to a web site that will play over your beatz so that no one can copy your music off your site without hearing your message....but they can download your beat with out that message.

....but thats getting into HTML codes.

So you're meaning you want to layer another sound over the top of the beat, which means they have to buy it in order to get the original version? You should be able to do that with most of the software linked above?

cool. so I pretty much have to do it manually then. You know I had to look for a short cut. thanks for all you guys help. If I do find a short cut I'll be sure to let it be known. anybody know of any good beat competitions out there?

ModernBeats always have beat contest, but you have to bye one of their kits to enter it!
