DJ Zombie? You really must be a monkey with a gun. There is already a link on the homepage. And every page. Look away from whatever or whoever you are pointing that gun at and look at the upper lefthand corner of every single page on this site. Matt would make a bigger announcement on the front page though if you ask probably.
The bottom line is there are two beat contests going right now. One with melody and one without. Both are for the crown of best beatmaker. There is such a thing as too much saturation. I would recommend after this contest waiting a while prior to making another one. There has been constant hiphop contests going for almost a year now. Producers could feel that they could jump in at any time of any month and whenever, and a deadline is nothing because there will be another contest directly afterwards. A little break in between would bring out the players more. The prize is great too dont get me wrong. But I would bet money that if someone threw a contest where the winner walks away with a cool piece of software or money that there would be more submissions. I am not raining on the parade, just pointing out my opinion on the issue and the reason why things probably are the way they are.
I would personally enter but hiphop isnt in my blood(though you know I can get down), I am just F N swamped with collabs right now. Nevermind me even doing my very own music until I have finished up with the collabs. Just my thoughts KD.

I was working on a better mix and I accedently saved over the file before it was finished so I got stuck with this first mix. I don't like the way it sounds. I imported it into Fl and tryed to make it sound better, but I don't think it helped much. I can't decided if the bass is too high or not either. That I can turn down if you guys think it is.
