What's the deal with Genres here at MakeTunes?

There are almost 8000 original songs here at MakeTunes, and currently just over 800 of these have been categorized into the new Genre system. Browsing by Genre makes it easier for members and visitors to find music they're most interested in.

How do we musicians make the most of the Genre system?

Make sure you categorize all your existing songs! Every new song is categorized, but you can also simply EDIT any of your existing songs, and select a Genre, and save it.

Browse Latest Categorized Music

You're still able to browse the latest music uploaded to MakeTunes.

OR

Browse ALL MakeTunes Music - Categorized or Not

You can check out all 8000~ songs in the old music browsing system. The newer tracks are categorized of course, but there are still thousands listed here which are not. Happy hunting!
