Musical Background

i can only play music by ear, can't read that stuff, many failed attempts to get bands together but none of them ever came to fruition so i knocked it on the head and decided to stay solo cos it's was less hassle, so i just write songs and sing them cos that's what i do. i have little if any musical equipment . a computer with soundblaster live 5.1, a cheap encore semi accoustic, get this! a yamaha dx7s lol. spirit folio notepad mixer. a zoom 5o5 guitar effects proce...and a microphone. I record all my track s on my pc using the audio app "acid" to multitrack record on, I dont use midi as i prefer to use live instruments on my recordings, i do occasionaly drop effects samples onto the final mix if i feel they fit nicely...
