Like most self-respected musicians,I don't much care to talk about my music, probably because I don't know how so I find it much easier to say...just listen to it;it's music not a book or an endless speech!Everybody tells me it's the perfect easy way out!just TRY!!(this has taken me days to write).
Music chose me because I exist within and because of it.Most of the time I don't master the results;it seems somehow that at an undefinable moment, the song "feels" right when I get chills, goose pimples running up and down my body.I never stop working on a song before this happens. This has nothing to do with self glory, just a mysterious, perhaps superstitious, sign that the feelings I wanted to transmit into the song are in it now;that is,in my opinion.
It is also sensual feedbacks I get from my work that no money can buy.It feels like real life like being in love!
I'm working on my 5th CD while 2 of them have been released internationally in 22 countries around the world:"on sex","dalai lama" are 2 songs part of these 2 CDs you can listen to on Player's Paradise.
ON SEX speaks of...sex...exposing endless activities while true meeting might just be stranded on a street..
DALAI LAMA is the only lama that won't spit in your face because the animal lama's habit is to spit when afraid while the dalai lama is walking grace...(many human beings are afraid and therefore can become violent)
COUPLE speaks of...couples!indeed,what can couples do in this day and age but be frail and dusty...on rusty rails!orchestrated in electronic-baroque style,it says: "I miss you".
LOVE IS JUST WATCHING TV speaks of the state of love travelling through the United States-Larry Kogan,a crazy guy I met in California wrote the lyrics. He wanted Bob Dylan to sing it but, obviously,he could never get a hold of B.D...so he said to me:"here, just take it!
WILD WOMAN speaks of lost love in a very poetic manner while frustrations inevitably lead to visiting wild women...who,sometimes,wanted me so bad...
COLOR ME red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple speaks of us all being different from one another and yet essentially the same. This short CD (4 songs) was an order I was proud to work on.It was expressely made to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the 1st Gaypride in 1969.My niece, who was 5 years old in 1999,sings in it...NOTE that this song is not downloadable here
thanks MakeTunes:this is great help!
Last but not least on this site INTELLECTUAL LIBIDO was the opportunity for me to show off my French (ah..ah...),chorus is in English and it speaks of a woman I used to know...she thinks too much...
Well,I'm gonna leave you now because people are going to start thinking I'm a writer!!!
